The Mahi ‘ai Table logo is a playful interpretation of farm-to-table featuring a calabash, sugarcane, and lettuce to reference the long history of Kapolei as agricultural land.
Lettering was hand-drawn with the help of Matthew Tapia.
We created a series of hand-drawn food and farm elements that pair with photography to create a bold and casual brand for the restaurant.
Collaborating with The Vanguard Theory, we designed a large scale artwork based on our graphic elements to provide a bright burst of energy within the airy interiors.
We created an Instagram drop to launch Mahi ‘ai Table’s social media feed.
